Are Mandi products organic or natural?

Mandi products are not "organic" or "natural" per se, but they are made of the highest grade quality ingredients, paraben-free, silicon-free, and we practice no animal cruelty for testings. 

Do Mandi products contain parabens?

Mandi products are paraben-free, and that’s good news indeed for your skin and health! 

Though parabens such as propylparaben, butylparaben and methylparaben are commonly found in beauty and skincare products, research reveals it may contain adverse side effects. 

Do Mandi products contain silicon?

Mandi products are silicon-free, to ensure skin stays hydrated and moisturised for longer. 

Though silicones are commonly used in skincare products to give it a silky texture with “water-resistant” effect, it keeps out moisture and may also clog pores, causing dryness.

Are Mandi products tested on animals? 

Mandi is proud to be free of animal cruelty. To the best of our knowledge, all ingredients and materials used in our products are not tested on animals during the manufacturing process. 

May I receive free samples? 

For now, there are no free samples available. Register your details with us to be kept updated. 

How do I review a product?

1. Go to the specific product page you wish to write a review for. 

2. Scroll to the bottom of the page, and click “write a review”.

How much does delivery cost and how long does it take?

Standard Delivery (3-7 working days)

FREE for all orders in Malaysia, including East Malaysia.* 

RM 30.00 per order for shipments to Singapore.

*Currently, this offer applies to Malaysia only.

Do you ship internationally?

For now, we do not ship internationally.

Can I track my order? 

Yes. Tracking codes will be available once our assigned logistic company has picked up your orders. You can track the delivery status of your order by clicking on “My Account” and select my order history. Tracking code and order information will also be sent via email once your order is ready to be shipped. 

How to ship to a different address? 

You may add several addresses. 

  1. Go to “My Account”.
  2. Click “Manage payment/delivery address”.
  3. Click “New Address” + fill in new details.
  4. Before checking out, select previous or new address.

What is your return policy?

We are committed to assist and process a return/refund based on the following reasons:

  • If the product has a defect/damaged at the time of delivery 
  • If the product delivered is different from the item ordered

All items must be returned within 14 days. Items must be in its original condition, with full packaging, materials and tags. Otherwise, we shall have the discretion to refuse your claim. 

All personal care and bath products cannot be returned once opened. The seal must not be tampered with or broken in any way. Once items are opened and the seal is broken, they are considered sold. 

We will inspect the returned product once it is safely received. If the condition of the product/s are to our requirements as stated above, you can opt for an exchange (if stocks are available), or a refund via store credit upon approved return, or direct refund to payment account (credit card/debit card) after 30 days, processed from the approved return date. 

All products may be exchanged once, from the same range, or with another product of the same value.

Goods returned for a refund shall be refunded at the price paid at the point of ordering. 

Items bought during promotions, deals and events are not eligible for refund or exchange. 

How long will it take to get a refund?

We require 30 days after the approved return date, to process and release your refund.

Is it safe to use my credit card?

Yes. All personal data provided will be kept confidential, and is secured on our website at all times. If we are to use your personal data, we will seek for your consent before doing so. 

I don't have a Paypal account. Do I have to sign up for one?

Unless your preferred payment method is PayPal, you do not have to sign up for a PayPal account, as there are other payment options. Please read my payment options stated above.

What are the Cross border fees mentioned during my checkout?

It is a fee charged to the merchant when customers make payment for products using a credit card from a bank that is not located in the same country as the merchant’s processing account. 

Does iPay88 keep my personal information?

Personal information are gathered by iPay88 to manage and set up accounts for ecommerce services, and to also process orders of goods and services from iPay88’s merchants. iPay88 will ensure appropriate steps are taken to protect your privacy and personal information.

Ingredients: Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Palm Kernelamide DEA, Parfum, Sodium Chloride, Sodium PCA, C12-15 Pareth-12, Polyquaternium-7, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Maltodextrin Propylene Glycol, Lilium Candidum Bulb Extract, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone.

 

Velvet Dunes Body Wash

Ingredients: Aqua, Sodium Laureth Sulfate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Palm Kernelamide DEA, Parfum, Sodium Chloride, Sodium PCA, C12-15 Pareth-12, Polyquaternium-7, Tetrasodium EDTA, Citric Acid, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Maltodextrin Propylene Glycol, Fucus Vesiculosus Extract, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone.

 

Aqua Duvet Body Wash

Our products are certified halal by the Malaysian Department of Islamic Development (JAKIM). This globally recognized "Halal” symbol assures our Muslim consumers and our international Muslim market that we adhere strictly to the Syariah guidelines in formulating and manufacturing our products.
